Rental Terms & Conditions

1. The above price includes driver and fuel consumption but excludes ERP charges, parking/gantry charges and manpower for loading & unloading.
2. Customer has to ensure its location is accessible by means of our quoted resources. If Special equipment and facilities need to be arrange for, and will procure, safe and prompt loading and unloading of the Goods, JADIA Logistics Pte Ltd will invoice the Customer reasonable extra charges for complying.
3. Insurance other than the truck and driver must be provided by hirer such as all risk insurance on goods handled, third party risks, Public Liabilities and legal liability.
4. JADIA Logistics Pte Ltd does not insure the property of the hirer or property of others. Insurance to be arranged by the hirer at its own expense and such insurance shall waive subrogation against JADIA Logistics Pte Ltd.
5. In the event of sudden mechanical failure, we would replace the same truck capacity or equivalent within the next (2) hours. However, JADIA Logistics Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any claims or consequential damages, which resulted in loss of, project time, man-hours or other activities and costs directly or indirectly associated to our truck breakdown.
6. Indemnity - The customer shall indemnify JADIA Logistics Pte Ltd and hold the company and employees harmless from and against all damages, claims, suits, liabilities, causes of action and expenses on account of injury to or death of persons or loss or damage to property or other damages arising out of or in connection with the service rendered.
7. Cancellation Policy before time of delivery ≤ 24 hours - No cancellation or refund
8. All Prices quoted are subjected to 7% GST.
